Charbel-joseph H. Boutros

Charbel-joseph H. Boutros (born in 1981 on Mount Lebanon, lives and works in Paris and Beirut), has participated in particular in the 12th Istanbul Biennale (2011) and the 3rd Bahia Biennale (2014). He was a resident in the Pavillon Neuflize OBC, Palais de Tokyo’s creation lab, in 2014-2015, and of the Jan van Eyck Academy (Netherlands). His work has been shown at the Museum of Modern Art, Salvador and at the Beirut Art Center. More recently, he has taken part in the group exhibitions Là où commence le jour, LAM, Lille (2015), More Conception Konception Now, Morsbroich Museum, Leverkusen (2015) and Home Ground, Maraya Art Center, Sharjah with the Barjeel Art Foundation (2016). Charbel-joseph H. Boutros is represented by Grey Noise, Dubai and the Jaqueline Martins Gallery, Sao Paulo.
