Private use
Forming a link between the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées, its four levels on the side of the hill offer a surface area of 22,000 sq. m., with huge partitioned and unpartitioned spaces, most of them with overhead lighting provided by daylight and the lights of Paris by night.
